| 2/27/2011 Rt 9 to Bombay Hook, DE and some birds from the Pike Creek area: Red-tailed Hawk , Northern Shoveler , Ruddy Duck (some blue on his bill), Common Merganser , Northern Pintail , American Wigeon , Northern Harrier , lots of mammals out (the fox ate what looked like a dead Red-winged Blackbird), Common Grackle , Northern Cardinal (some from 2/22/11 snow) , House Finch , White-throated Sparrow , Carolina Chickadee , and a Black-capped Chickadee showing a ragged bib. |
