12/16/20 to 12/30/20 We traveled to see family and birded as we quarantined between families.  We
stopped at Quivira NWR, KS, on the way west and caught wonderful hawk morphs, then hit CO, NV, TX, AR,
seeing the Spotted Rail, Sprague's Pipit, and Smith's Longspur and so much more.  Great Holidays to all!

Field Sparrow , Brown Creeper , Belted Kingfisher , and Red-bellied Woodpecker .

was feeding.  Also: Great Egret, American Robin , Tricolored Heron , Snowy Egret group preening , White
Ibis juvenile , Wood Stork , and Yellow-rumped Warbler chowing down berries.
1/18/21:  Back in Amelia Island, FL:  Loggerhead Shrike with breakfast, Little Blue Heron (juv.,ad), Great
Egret , and our little Black-throated Gray Warbler again.  (He pops in and out and vanishes for weeks.)
